In which locations do you service?

We proudly serve all five boroughs of New York City, Jersey City and Long Island. If you’re there, we’ve got you covered!

Do you provide you own cleaning supplies?

Yes, we do! Our cleaners will bring all necessary cleaning supplies, except a vacuum cleaner. If you'd like us to provide one, there's an additional $30 fee. However, the vacuum cleaner is included at no extra charge for Move-in/Move-out cleanings.

Can I cancel for a refund?

Sure! You can cancel for a full refund or let us help you reschedule. Just make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the service.

Can I book a cleaning in advance?

Absolutely! You can schedule cleanings monthly, weekly, or even daily—whatever works best for you.

What if I am not satisfied with the service?

If anything isn’t up to standard, we’re happy to fix it at no extra charge—just let us know within 12 hours after the cleaning is completed. If issues are reported after 12 hours, we may not be able to offer a return visit, and the invoice will be considered final.

Are your cleaners Insured?

Absolutely! All our cleaners are fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.

How does your pricing work?

Pricing varies based on several factors, including the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the apartment’s square footage, and its overall condition (please share photos if available). Regular discounts(weekly, monthly etc.) are also offered. Please be aware that our charges are based on an hourly rate per cleaner.

Is there a deposit? Is it refundable?

A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
